The verdict
Vanilla and spice on the nose; quiet/hidden flavour that arrives midway; decent acidity; slightly bitter finish. Beans quite small, almost pea-bodied. Brewed hot on V60 at 25g. Definitely not something I'd buy again — the harshness in the mid-tones is too much.
