What the roaster says

Producer : Man Coffee Hunter

Behind the beans :Lintong is a region famous for producing Bold, Spicy, Chocolaty spectrum coffee that is commonly used as commercialized average coffee.

It’s not always you can find a good quality Lintong so this release will show that through proper processing, any region can shines giving you a taste cup experience. The Sweet & Juicy Bourbon character is further highlighted more through Anaerobic Natural processing that is Clean.

We found notes of Redcurrant, Melon, Passionfruit with Ripe quality. Cooling down, Citrus notes pops up making the overall cup experience to be Brighter.

From Hot to Cool, the coffee is well-supported by Fruit Candy Sweetness.

We hoped you will enjoy this lot as it breaks the stigma of Lintong coffee as this coffee offers more than the typically North Sumatera profile.
