The verdict
A true omni roast and more flavoursome for it. Nice acidity at the front, wholesome body, but a touch too smokey in the finish for me. Rated 3, bordering 3.5. No roast date printed on the bag — not acceptable for a specialty roaster; roast date matters (you want to be drinking within 2-3 weeks of roast).
