The verdict
Small beans, very hard to grind. Brewed at 99 °C. Everything was pleasant but muted, with limited flavour across the cup. I got orangey lemon vibes.

What the roaster says
This coffee comes from Buku Abel Kebele in the Hambela Wamena District of Ethiopia's Guji Zone, where smallholder farmers grow Ethiopian heirloom varieties under natural forest shade at around 2,300 metres. It is washed at the Rad Best Trading PLC washing station, giving the lot a clear, structured profile.
