The verdict

Light roast, hard to grind. Ground smell is towards sweet bananas. Taste pleasant – nice, acidic, slightly muddy towards the back end.

What the roaster says

Coffee is picked, sorted, and fermented in hermetic sealed bag for 168 Hours at an average room temperature of 20C in the daytime and 17C in the nighttime with a final pH of 4.1. Coffee is then dried in a raised bed for 48 Days not more than 36C in the daytime to avoid broken membrane cells in the coffee. This particular step makes this coffee more interesting. On the final cup, you could find a very sweet strawberry like Korean strawberry), cranberry, red grapes, and Longan with Juicy Texture and long aftertaste. Enjoy!
