Smells of earth and red stone fruits. Light roast, a little hard to grind. Tastes are subtle for an anaerobic. Decent acidity, with light, subtle body and aroma. The finish is a tiny bit bitter.

Avatara AN Natural comes from Hendra Maulizar’s Avatara Coffee in Pantan Musara, Central Aceh. This anaerobic natural filter roast combines Ateng, P88 and Typica, with notes of red stone fruits, red berries and apple.
