The verdict

Brewed on a V60 with 23 g coffee and 350 g water (1:15.2). The aroma has a strong anaerobic character. I have become less keen on anaerobic coffee recently, though the process has benefits when it leaves room for the other flavours. Clear fruit and honey notes, good acidity and a fairly gentle finish. Around 3/5. I probably would not buy it again; that reflects my changing tastes.
