The verdict
Good acidity; quite full body; kind of tea, spice type vibes; a little harsh towards the finish. V60 Sherrycipe: 25 g dose, 250 g water at 98°C, served on ice (grind 5, bloom 30s, brew 300s). Also tasted as espresso.
