The verdict
Packet smells a little chocolatey when opened. Nice aroma, nice acidity, good body — just a tiny bit bitter in finish; cup is just pretty pleasant. Brewed on V60 with the Sherrycipe, 25 g coffee, 30 g bloom, staged to 180 g then up to 350 g water, 300 s.
